Equip the One Who Will Impact 10,000
Across Ghana and beyond, education alone no longer guarantees opportunity. The World Bank notes that only 57% of Ghana’s working-age population is engaged in productive employment. According to the World Economic Forum, analytical thinking remains the most sought-after skill among employers, followed by resilience, adaptability, leadership, and social influence—underscoring that human capabilities remain essential even in a tech-driven world.
TruHUMN Good exists to help people develop the mindsets and human capacities that move communities forward, equipping individuals to excel, innovate, and lead the evolution of employment. Through inclusive coaching, dialogue, and collaboration, we cultivate resilience, purpose, and the confidence to turn ideas into impact.
Our work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17), building a connected, sustainable future where everyone has the freedom and tools to contribute meaningfully.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

WHY IT MATTERS

"Social Therapy is that catalyst that activates people’s willingness to put out their gift. It inspired me to launch my own online wellness meetup called Soullab Konnect+."
