Equip the One Who Will Impact 10,000
In today's economy, education alone no longer guarantees opportunity. According to the World Bank, only 57% of Ghana’s working-age population is engaged in productive employment. Globally, analytical thinking, resilience, adaptability, leadership, and social influence are among the most sought-after skills by employers (World Economic Forum)—underscoring that human capabilities remain essential even in a tech-driven world.
TruHUMN Good exists to help people develop the mindsets and human capacities that move communities forward, equipping individuals to excel, innovate, and lead the evolution of employment. Through inclusive coaching, dialogue, and collaboration, we cultivate resilience, purpose, and the confidence to turn ideas into impact.
Our goal is a sustainable future built on decent work (SDG 8), true equity (SDG 10), and deep collaboration (SDG 17), where every individual has the tools and the agency to shape their own opportunity.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

OUR MISSION
To empower individuals and communities through dialogue, connection, and personal development, creating spaces where stories are shared, wisdom is passed on, and collective progress becomes possible.
WHAT WE DO
We create educational programs, coaching, and forums like Social Therapy to break down industry and socioeconomic barriers. Co-created with the community, our programs ensure relevance and impact.
OUR VISION
A connected, thriving community where individuals are equipped with the mental freedom, resources, and support systems needed to contribute meaningfully to their communities.
WHY IT MATTERS
Accessible spaces for learning, reflection, and action empower people to become agents of positive change. This movement begins in Ghana and spreads across Africa—one mind, one story, one connection at a time.
150+ engaged. Infinite impact.
"Social Therapy is that catalyst that activates people’s willingness to put out their gift. It inspired me to launch my own online wellness meetup called Soullab Konnect+."
